Alma Shawl - Knitting Pattern (PDF)
Alma is a simple, cozy triangular shawl in a beautiful, relaxed style. The pattern includes two versions: a smaller garter stitch shawl that can be worn both as a shawl and as a head scarf, and a larger stockinette stitch shawl made to wrap around your shoulders.
The shawl is knitted from the tip up, increasing 1 stitch on every row, and you simply keep knitting until it reaches the size you want. In the garter stitch version, you can choose between a decorative eyelet edge and a closed edge. The stockinette version has an eyelet edge and is finished with a stretchy bind-off. Every step is explained, so the pattern is perfect for beginners or as a relaxing project for experienced knitters.
Difficulty: Beginner (1/5)
